As part of the VRÖ online event series, two online webinars on the topic: “Successful sales discussions in the tire trade” will take place in cooperation with Michelin.
Lecture: Christoph Scheidler (Trainer Germany, Austria, Switzerland/Michelin Center for Training & Information Europe North): Using skillful questioning techniques, the customer's needs are determined and the successful conclusion of the sale is initiated.
