The trend towards electromobility is gaining momentum, and more and more customers with hybrid vehicles or electric cars also want to be serviced by independent workshops. High-voltage expert and trainer Deniz Kartal explains in a webinar organized by the Austrian Business Publishing House how you can acquire the necessary high-voltage expertise so that you don't have to send these customers on. The following questions are answered:
• What know-how and certifications do I or my employees need to be able to carry out repairs and maintenance on high-voltage vehicles?
• What training options are available and how much time should be expected per employee?
• How much do the different levels of high-voltage training cost?
• Is the training finally completed with the certificate as a HV technician, or does the certificate have to be continually renewed by attending training courses?
• How do I best plan my employees’ HV training so that it requires as little of their working time as possible?
