With the new software version 2020-02, users once again receive numerous additional functions, vehicle models and variants in order to utilize the entire range of features of the diagnostic system.
One focus of the summer update is on increasing the coverage of control devices that can be read out. This affects brands of the Renault Group and also includes error code additions for interpreting errors in the radio electronics and media interfaces in volume models. Another focus is on the power supply. For Ford models, the diagnostic system now provides new functions for teaching the battery electronics after the battery has been replaced. For Opel, the 2020-02 update includes additional diagnostic functions for work on safety-relevant systems such as the brake and airbag electronics. The scope of diagnostics for the engine electronics and comfort systems has also been supplemented here.
