The Tyre24Group from Kaiserslautern sold the wheel manufacturer AZEV to an entrepreneur from Kaiserslautern with effect from July 1, 2014.

With the sale of the business area, the Tyre24Group is consistently continuing to focus on the core area of software. All rights, licenses, inventory, machinery and production facilities of AZEV are part of the sale. All employees will also be taken over by the new owner. The Tyre24Group took over the insolvent wheel manufacturer in 2009 and, after a complete restructuring, brought it back into the profit zone. “Thanks to Tyre24’s solution, the new owner will now have access to many sales channels, such as purchasing partnerships, which were previously not possible,” says Michael Saitow, Managing Director of Tyre24Group.
