On May 11, Michael Holböck and Jana Lukic resigned from their positions and thus announced their resignation from management. Siegfried Döttl will be the sole managing director of Förch Austria and will be supported by the group management.
Michael Holböck is leaving the group after 13 years; Jana Lukic only joined the management in the summer last year. In an initial statement, the company remained silent about the background to the resignation.
