Mourning for Walter Preisig
Officials, members and employees of the Carinthian Chamber of Commerce are deeply saddened: the well-respected and popular specialist group manager Walter Preisig died last Saturday after a short, serious illness. Preisig worked with great commitment in the Haus der Wirtschaft for 35 years. WK President Jürgen Mandl is dismayed: “People who have dealt with Walter Preisig have come to appreciate him as a committed, reliable and always helpful employee and colleague.” The Salzburg native, born in 1958, joined the then Commercial Section of the Carinthian Chamber of Commerce after studying law and serving in court in 1985. Most recently, he managed the business in the specialist organizations for plastics processors, mechatronics engineers, automotive technology, health professions and commercial service providers.”
