Test lane instead of car wash
The Salzburg car dealership Lindner offers weekly Covid19 tests as a special service for employees, their relatives and neighboring companies.

Test lane instead of car wash
The Salzburg car dealership Lindner has set up a Covid19 testing station at the company headquarters in Wals-Himmelreich with the support of the Salzburg Red Cross. Every Wednesday morning, all employees of Auto Lindner and Reifen Lindner as well as their relatives and employees of neighboring businesses have the opportunity to undergo a free and voluntary test using rapid antigen tests.
100 tests per week
Company boss Manfred Lindner is pleased about the positive reception of the in-house testing station, which is used by around 100 people every week: "With this campaign, we want to help keep the number of infections low. On-site testing saves time for our employees and it is also a good feeling for our customers to know that the pandemic is not being taken lightly in the car dealership," says Lindner. By the way, so far all rapid antigen tests have been negative.
The Auto Lindner family business, founded in 1949 and now in its third generation, looks after automobiles from the Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda brands. The company sells around 1,200 new and used vehicles every year. Around 22,000 repair and service orders go through the car dealership's workshops in a year. The company employs 65 people.
