Styrians win in the dealer ranking

The ranking of the “best car dealers in Austria in 2022” takes into account the average of reviews, their number and the size of the dealer. In order to keep the ranking as up-to-date as possible, only reviews from the past year were taken into account. With the highest average customer rating, KFZ Hödl from Ludersdorf in Styria managed to jump from second place to the top this year. “Even though the used car market is currently suffering from declining supply, our large network allows us to currently offer our customers the same number of cars as before the pandemic and chip crisis,” says Josef Hödl. Also on the winner's podium is the Herbert Seidl car dealership from Gleisdorf in Styria with the excellent second place. Tirol Cars MP won the race for third place in customer satisfaction and is on the podium for the first time this year.

AutoScout24 was the first large online vehicle market in Germany to introduce dealer ratings in 2013, and in 2018 AutoScout24 published the top dealer ratings in Austria for the first time. Today there are 29,696 customer reviews on the Austrian site. On a scale of one to five stars, users can rate the car dealerships in the following areas: overall impression, accessibility, reliability, description of the offer and buying experience. Customers can also indicate whether they recommend a car dealership. “We are proud of a record of 447 excellent dealers on our platforms,” says the new Head of Sales, Alexander Vysek.
