Smatrics continues to grow
The e-mobility service provider Smatrics and Tiwag-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG are entering into a partnership. The companies network their charging systems and thus enable their charging customers to expand the available charging network.
Tiwag, which has invested around 2.5 million euros in expanding the Tyrolean charging network since 2014 and is therefore the largest charging infrastructure operator in Tyrol, offers more than 400 publicly accessible charging points at around 90 locations. Smatrics EnBW is bringing an Austria-wide network with more than 500 charging points - 300 of which have 50 - 300 kW (kilowatt) - into the cooperation. There are also another 2,500 charging points that the parent company Smatrics manages for corporate customers such as ÖBB.
With the Smatrics charging card, customers have access to the entire Smatrics EnBW charging network, to over 5,000 charging points from partners in Austria and to over 40,000 international charging points.E
