When a vehicle financing contract comes to an end, customers are always confronted with the same questions: Should I purchase a new vehicle? And if so, which one? Or would you rather continue to finance the old one? This is where the customer loyalty tool “Me & My Customers” comes into play for car dealerships. Sellers can see all relevant contract parameters and contact details of their customers via the new online portal. “I & My Customers” offers dealer partners of Santander Consumer Bank the opportunity to send customers a personalized, high-quality mailing six months before the end of the financing with all the information and options for a new contract or to invite them to visit the car dealership.

The service is free for dealer partners: the bank covers the costs of producing and sending the mailing. "With our new online portal, we support our dealer partners in using the advantages of digitalization for their own car dealership. We provide them with an efficient tool to turn customers into loyal regular customers," says Michael Schwaiger, Commercial Director Auto Business at Santander Consumer Bank. 

Access to the new online portal is via the existing dealer platform autonline.at. The Austria-wide launch of “I & My Customers” will take place in February 2020
