The Renault Group is adjusting the sales structure in the D-A-CH region. From January 1, 2022, Renault Österreich GmbH will again manage the operational business under its own responsibility and report directly to Renault SA in Paris. Renault Suisse SA will also be directly attached to the headquarters again on January 1st. This is intended to strengthen the responsibility of the national companies. From January 1, 2022, the D-A-CH sales region will not continue in its current form. However, where necessary and sensible, certain activities and services will continue to be operated and shared jointly by the three national companies.
Markus Siebrecht leads Renault Deutschland AG as CEO. As General Director, Thilo Schmidt is responsible for the business of Renault Österreich GmbH. Claudia Meyer controls Renault Suisse SA as General Director.
“We are sure that with the new structure and the simultaneous close ties, the three national companies are very well positioned,” said the three country heads. Thilo Schmidt has been responsible for the business for Renault Austria as General Director since July 1, 2020.
