Renault Austria: New General Director
Olivier Wittmann will in future hold a leading position in the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance. Renault Austria will have a new general director on July 1, 2020.
Renault Austria: New General Director
With effect from July 1, 2020, Thilo Schmidt will be the new Country Operations Director of Renault Österreich GmbH. He joined the Renault Group in 2006 as a trainee at Renault Germany. He then initially worked as a product manager. He then led the brand management of light commercial vehicles before taking on various management positions in sales at Renault Germany from 2010 to 2017. Most recently, Schmidt headed the Renault branch in Frankfurt am Main since April 2017. He now succeeds Olivier Wittmann, who will in future take on a leading role in the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance as Alliance After Sales Project Director. At the same time, Judith Porstner will succeed Pascal Biclet as the new Marketing Director, who will take over the position of Director Marketing and Customer Experience in the After Sales Europe Directorate.
