Björn Twiehaus (41) will take over the deputy management of the electronics division on April 1, 2020 and will also become a member of the Hella management in this role. The qualified mechanical and industrial engineer has been working for Hella since 2002 and has been a member of the management board of the electronics division since 2017. In addition, Werner Benade, Managing Director for Aftermarket and Special Applications, will leave the management when his contract expires on March 31, 2020. In the future, the aftermarket business will be managed by the chairman of the board, Rolf Breidenbach (57). Bernard Schäferbarthold (49), Managing Director for the Finance, Controlling, Information Technology and Process Management division, is responsible for the Special Applications segment.
