AutoScout24 recognizes dealers with the best customer ratings. The best car dealership is in Salzburg, four Upper Austrians are in the top ten.

Reviews help those interested in buying vehicles online make their purchase decision; they create transparency and strengthen buyers' trust. This year, AutoScout24 has for the first time identified the dealers in Austria that were rated best by their users. The ranking takes into account the average of the ratings (“stars”), their number and the dealer size.

“Our goal is for car buyers to make the best decision for themselves in a well-informed manner,” says Markus Dejmek, Country Manager at AutoScout24 in Austria. “The dealer reviews provide guidance and show which car dealerships offer particularly good service.” In 2013, AutoScout24 was the first large online vehicle market in Germany to introduce dealer ratings. Today there are more than 4,900 customer opinions on the Austrian site and around 388,000 customer opinions on the German site. The average of the online reviews submitted so far in Austria is 4.6 stars and the recommendation rate is 91.5 percent. In addition to the dealer ratings, car searchers also benefit from AutoScout24's price rating, which calculates and makes visible the price-performance ratio of the individual advertisements.
