The new BMW Z4 is produced exclusively for the global market in Graz; its engines, like the diesel of the new X7, come from the BMW Group plant in Steyr.
Austria debut for BMW Z4 and X7
The BMW X7 comes with engine know-how from Upper Austria. Both diesel engines were developed in Steyr; the engine of the BMW X7 xDrive30d is built exclusively in the BMW Group's largest engine factory. The latest BMW Group models thus further strengthen the local business location. The X7 is the new top model in the BMW X family and offers a luxury class feeling with standard two-axle air suspension, seven seats and the highest quality materials. The luxury SUV will be available in Austria from May.
