ÖAMTC summer tire test: Eco models with weak points.
The annual ÖAMTC summer tire test is the most important purchasing guide for many consumers. This year it was once again shown that the tire industry has done a good job. In the dimension 205/55 R16, the results are – according to the ÖAMTC – satisfactory overall. Six of the 19 models scored “highly recommended”: Michelin Primacy 3, Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance, Continental ContiPremiumContact 5, Dunlop Sport BluResponse, Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue and Bridgestone Turanza T001. New this year: The special comparison of eco tires to the respective normal models.
