New release of automotive services
With the innovations in the EBV, processes when working with the software are shortened, simplified and optimized. The new dashboard offers an improved overview of automotive services.

New release of automotive services
A new release has been available to automotive services customers since the end of November. Below are the highlights and biggest innovations:
▶ New, more user-friendly dashboard
▶ Additional news area on the login page
▶ New version of the EBV assistant
▶ Defect catalog subscription innovation – improved search function directly in the dashboard
▶ Improved support area (manuals, team viewer)
THE NEWS IN DETAIL:
Login page:The news area is also visible on the home page so that our customers can see important news before they log in. The chat is only available after you have logged in and is still visible in the bottom right corner.
Dashboard:Important functions and features have been brought to the surface (e.g. analysis tool, §57a service). Central areas such as vehicles, administration, options, toolbox and support are now arranged on the right side.
Appraise:The selection “Create a new report”, “Create a replacement plaque” and “List existing reports” are combined with the open reports in the new view, so you have all the information at a glance.
Vehicles:The vehicles are listed on the dashboard on the right. You can search for existing vehicles in the vehicles or use “+ New Vehicle” to create a new vehicle and open a report, a test drive or a test order.
Defect catalog subscription:It is now possible to click on the dashboard in the various areas of the catalog of defects, such as the general section or list of defects, and start a search directly from the tile.
Test drives:The test drive product is now displayed directly on the dashboard. If you have the license, you can directly “Create a new test drive”, “List existing test drives”, “Open license plates”, “Show legal information” or edit open test drives.
Toolbox:This is listed on the dashboard on the right. The analysis tool and the §57a service were moved from the toolbox to the dashboard. The toolbox also contains important forms and the EBV assistant.
Authorization/License:If you do not have authorization for functions such as appraisals, the tile will be grayed out and a corresponding message will appear. If you don't have licenses for features such as an analysis tool, you can go directly to the shop by clicking on the tile.
Shop:The shop icon is now a small shopping cart in the dashboard header and is clickable from any subpage.
Support:In the new support area, in addition to the usual information such as service hotline, email, address and FAQs, further user manuals for the various products as well as the download of TeamViewer (remote maintenance) are available. We have expanded the support team and will be extending the opening hours of the automotive hotline for you from January.
