Additives in BP's new fuel are intended to clean the engine and increase range.
Something new at the pump
BP is now offering a new generation of fuel (diesel and petrol) with anti-dirt technology, called Active Technology, at around 280 petrol stations across Austria. Special additives are intended to remove residues in the engine and prevent new deposits from forming. BP promises up to 66 kilometers more range per tank with the Ultimate Diesel and 44 kilometers more with the Ultimate Super.
