New all-season tire for light commercial vehicles

Bridgestone has announced the launch of its first all-season tire for light commercial vehicles, the Duravis All Season. With its robust and durable construction, it aims to offer excellent wear performance and a long service life. In addition, the Duravis All Season, with the EU tire label A in the area of wet grip and the 3PMSF marking, delivers best values in its class to reach your destination safely and comfortably all year round and in all weather conditions.

With the growing rise of e-commerce, demand for “last mile” deliveries, as well as pressure from EU regulations to save fuel, fleets today face many challenges. The Duravis All Season is designed to help you reduce your total cost of ownership through year-round use and durability.

The robust tire has a protective rib on the sidewall that protects it from impacts against the curb. This not only helps reduce tire damage and repair costs, but also reduces vehicle downtime. The Duravis All Season is also said to offer excellent wear performance thanks to its higher tread stiffness. To further reduce operating costs, Bridgestone's new light truck tire uses an optimized construction and cavity design for improved rolling resistance. As a result, the tire carries the EU tire label C in the area of fuel efficiency in most sizes.

The Duravis All Season will be successively available in 23 sizes from 15-17 inches from August 2020. This also includes three HRD sizes (High Rim Diameter) in 17 inches and five for high loads (10PR), in order to be able to offer increased safety for almost every type of vehicle and every load. Some additional sizes will become available subsequently.
