In addition to the classic areas such as accessories and spare parts sales, warranty, dealer support, service standards and training of dealer staff, the further development of the digital service future (including connected cars) is also his area of responsibility. After numerous positions at Porsche Holding GmbH, where, among other things, he was responsible for the service technology department at Skoda Austria and most recently was the service manager for the Porsche brand, the qualified technician is moving to the Toyota Group.
