New tolerance periods for Pickerl
The Federal Guild of Automotive Technology provides information about the tolerance periods that apply from May 2018 as part of the Section 57a KFG review. Some workshops received inquiries as to which vehicles should be treated and which no longer have a tolerance period from May. These ambiguities are cleared up with the 34th amendment to the KFG in Section 132 Paragraph 32 Z 3 KFG. Quote: "For vehicles for which the time for the next assessment is between January and May 2018, the assessment may also be carried out - without affecting the time of the next assessment - up to the end of the fourth calendar month following the scheduled date."
