New structure at Toyota Austria
Toyota Austria is creating a common area that is intended to strengthen the connection between marketing communication and product marketing, sales planning, pricing, including homologation. Both departments and their respective responsibilities will remain in place. Mesut Aslan has assumed overall responsibility for both areas since September 1st.
The new structure is intended, above all, to more closely interlink product development, the customer offering and advertising implementation.
The area of product marketing, sales planning, pricing and scheduling has been expanded to include homologation and remains the responsibility of Michael Bruckner, who reports to Mesut Aslan. Mesut Aslan will initially take over the management of marketing communications on a personal basis until it is redefined.
Mesut Aslan has gained extensive automotive experience with various automobile brands (including Mitsubishi and Honda) in Europe. Since 2006, he has worked for Lexus at Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels in the areas of product marketing, dealer network, sales and pricing. Most recently, Aslan was responsible for Great Britain as Toyota Country Manager.
