New leadership at Stellantis Austria

The Stellantis Group appoints Silvia Rieger as the new Managing Director for the Austrian market. Rieger is responsible for the entire automotive import business of the Stellantis Group in Austria - consisting of Citroën Österreich GmbH, FCA Austria GmbH, Opel Austria GmbH and Peugeot Austria GmbH. The experienced automotive manager looks back on many years of experience within Groupe PSA in her career. She managed the after sales activities of Groupe PSA in Austria and Switzerland, then the Peugeot brand in Austria and most recently worked as Managing Director of Groupe PSA Import in Austria. Markus Wildeis, Managing Director of FCA Group Austria since 2020, is returning to international management and will take on a leadership role within the European Stellantis organization. In Austria, Stellantis is involved with the automobile brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat and Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, and Peugeot, the mobility brand Free2Move, the financial organizations PSA Bank Austria, Opel Bank S.A. Austrian branch and FCA Bank, the retail companies PSA Retail GmbH and FCA Motor Village Austria GmbH as well as the Vienna-Aspern production plant. The sales volume in 2020 was 46,000 vehicles. With a market share of 16.1% in 2020, Stellantis Austria is the second largest automobile import organization in Austria.
