“Since every investment in improved training is an investment in the future of the industry, we are particularly pleased that Renault and Opel are providing vehicles and engines,” says WK apprenticeship representative Bernhard Plasounig. The aspiring automotive technicians now have access to a Renault Modus 1.5 Diesel with Quikshift transmission, a Renault Scenic 1.5 Diesel, a Renault Espace IV 2.0 petrol and a Renault Koleos 2.0 Diesel SUV as well as the associated test equipment.

In addition, the high-voltage training at the Villach 2 vocational school was taken to a new level thanks to the certificates, which are unique in Austria.
