New BMWs for vocational students

A BMW M4 GTS, which is limited to 700 units and is equipped with a whopping 500 hp, a BMW X1, a MINI Cooper and an electric BMW i3 will be available. The brand new cars are used by the students of the Salzburg State Vocational School as part of their apprenticeship training to become automotive technicians. AutoFrey managing director Josef Roider is pleased to be able to support apprentice training in the automotive sector with modern automobiles. “After all, with around 330 apprentices in the entire Pappas Group, we are one of the largest apprentice trainers in Austria,” explains Roider. At AutoFrey's four locations - Salzburg, Hallwang, St. Veit, Villach - 32 apprentices are currently employed in the areas of technology, body construction, painting and commercial areas. “We are very proud that the majority of our required skilled workers can be filled by apprentices trained by us,” adds Roider.
