New car registrations: 71,091 new car registrations were registered in the fourth quarter of 2019, which is 8.9%, significantly above the previous year's result (plus 5,781 units).

The car segments
The commercial (+86.6%), luxury class (+42.0%) and off-road vehicle (+37.7%) segments recorded the highest growth in the third quarter. However, the Micro-Van (-34.4%) and luxury class (-29.3%) segments suffered the greatest losses.
The brands
When it comes to used vehicles, almost 50% of the brands recorded increases. In addition to Audi, Skoda and Mercedes, VW (+720 units) and Seat (+552 units) also achieved significant increases. In addition to Nissan, Renault and Opel, Fiat (-387 units) and Mazda (-386 units) also suffered significant losses in unit sales this quarter.
The segments
The commercial (+16.4%), medium off-road vehicle (+15.1%) and off-road vehicle (+10.8%) segments recorded the highest growth in the fourth quarter. However, the Micro Van segment once again suffered the greatest losses (-13.6%).
Used car registrations
Used car registrations recorded an increase of 1.1% in the fourth quarter of 2019. 206,554 used vehicles changed hands between October and December 2019 compared to the previous year.
