The service and support of our products Motiondata DMS, CDP and Sales Manager are still available without restrictions at the usual times. However, we ask our customers to make greater use of email and our service portal," says Managing Director Josef Pichler. Due to the exit restrictions, we will not be attending customer appointments on site until further notice, but we are trying to continue to handle service activities via remote services such as telephone and video conferences. Pichler: "Our sales department can of course still be contacted and will be available to provide advice, but no on-site appointments will be made by our field service until further notice. We strive to continue to be available to customers as a competent and reliable system partner if the general conditions allow it," explains Josef Pichler.
