The aim is to carry out urgent repairs of transport vehicles, emergency vehicles and other vehicles that are needed in the crisis in the workshops.
"It is important to us that we can continue to ensure the functionality of vehicles that are urgently needed now. That is why the workshops of our service partners in Austria are open. Our appeal to all Mercedes-Benz customers in Austria: Please adhere to the exit restrictions, stay at home and come with your vehicle for service or winter wheel replacement at a later date," says Bernhard Bauer, company spokesman for Mercedes-Benz Austria. In accordance with official orders to contain the virus, Mercedes-Benz showrooms are closed during these days of exit restrictions.
