In April 2019, Mercedes-Benz Austria moved into the new company headquarters in Eugendorf. Before that, the automobile importer's business was managed from Salzburg. Pictures, furniture, plants and other accessories that did not have space in the new headquarters were given to the workforce at a flea market in exchange for voluntary donations. Almost 3,000 euros were collected and invested in donations in kind for two non-profit organizations in the neighborhood. The Konradinum supports and accompanies people with severe multiple disabilities. Manager Andrea Huber is happy about an outdoor musical instrument for the garden worth around 2,000 euros. Thomas Janik, managing director of Sonneninsel GmbH, a competence center and platform for psychosocial aftercare, accepts two bicycles worth 850 euros.
