New master's examination
The state guild of vehicle technology, the profession of body construction technicians, body painters and wheelwrights, set up the master craftsman examinations in Vienna according to the new module system.

The first exams under the new system were successfully completed at the end of November. “The new master craftsman examination takes into account the tasks that our masters face,” says Günter Blümel, state guild master for the professions of body construction technicians, body painters and wheelwrights. "This includes chassis measurement, electronic troubleshooting, plastic work or aluminum welding. In the near future, gluing and riveting as well as windshield repair will be added, and the painting module will also be adapted to work with water-based paints." Blümel emphasizes that the content of the master's examinations will constantly change, as will the skills of the candidates. This also flows into the design of the high-quality preparation courses conducted by WIFI Vienna.
