With much fanfare, the metal workers' collective agreements were renegotiated a few weeks ago, and now it was the turn of the vulcanizers. You will now also receive a significant wage increase.
Collective agreement: More money for vulcanizers
Employees in the metal technology industry will receive three percent more wages and salaries on their collective agreement (KV), and for vulcanizers it has now been agreed to increase wages by 2.9 percent.
Nothing has been changed in the framework law; the scope of the new collective agreement is 12 months from January 1, 2022. They are of course valid throughout Austria.
