KLS specialist days are postponed

KLS specialist days are postponed
The KLS – Bodywork, Painting & Damage Management Days were planned for January 28th and 29th, 2022 at the Wieselburg trade fair. The target group of the event, which is organized in close cooperation with the WKO Federal Guild of Vehicle Technology, is management and specialists from the entire field of vehicle repair and servicing, especially workshops with a focus on bodywork and painting. The concept of the “KLS Specialist Days for Bodywork, Painting & Damage Management” for Austria is very well received in the industry. At the end of November, 40 companies had confirmed their participation as exhibitors. Almost as many are interested in taking part, but are currently unable to make any further decisions due to the unclear situation regarding restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Due to the current situation in connection with the corona pandemic, serious planning and implementation of the specialist days on the originally planned date is unfortunately not possible. Implementation regulations cannot be estimated for the planned date, which would mean that holding the event would entail a major economic risk. Due to this uncertainty, the organizers, in coordination with the advisory board (federal guild and leading industry representatives), have decided to postpone the specialist daysFriday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th, 2022to postpone. Trade fair director Werner Roher: “Unfortunately, the uncertainty is too great for the second half of January - we are extremely sorry, but in this environment further preparation would involve a very high risk and therefore postponing is the better option!”
The following focal points are planned for the 2-day event:
Lecture and seminar program:Four blocks are planned for this, which also leave enough space for visiting the exhibition, the demonstrations and for an intensive exchange of ideas. In addition, an industry meeting is planned on the evening of the first day of the trade fair.
Trade exhibition:Well-known market leaders have already announced their participation in the accompanying trade exhibition and there are plans to have around 50 exhibitors. The focus of our efforts is on generating high-quality contacts in the industry and providing information about the latest product and service innovations. Providers have access to fully equipped stand units with a very good price-performance ratio.
Demonstration and innovation arena:In a separate area of the conference there is the opportunity to demonstrate innovations live on site and thus make the topic tangible - from the latest connection technologies to the installation of digital sensors.
