Renault was the first importer in Austria with which CarGarantie entered into a cooperation. The Renault used car guarantee is an essential part of the “7 star quality” used car marketing concept. With the “7 Star Used Car” guarantee, the customer receives a comprehensive guarantee for 12 or even 24 months with no mileage limit on all important vehicle components. In addition, the buyer benefits from the other services of the “7 Star” program, such as the “7 Star” quality check, in which every vehicle is checked using a special checklist as part of a comprehensive testing system. Other components of the quality promise include, for example, a mobility guarantee for the whole of Europe and affordable financing options.
