Guild roadshow in the home stretch
The final event of the guild roadshow will take place in Klagenfurt on February 6th. The topic “The blue test drive license plate” found numerous interested parties in all federal states.

Guild roadshow in the home stretch
Andreas Westermeyer (Federal Guild) and Rainer Wimmer (Head of Automotive Services at Wirtschaftsverlag) were pleased about the great interest in the lectures and the test drive application online (with the latest innovations in the EBV, processes when working with the software have been shortened, simplified and optimized. The new dashboard offers an improved overview of automotive services). The topic: The blue test drive license plate has a long tradition in Austria. The associated regulations are not easy to understand and are therefore not always adhered to. In order to remedy the situation, the Federal Guild launched an educational initiative with the Roadshow 2020. The events show how to deal with the legal provisions regarding test drives in accordance with Section 45 KFG 1967. Using practical examples, information is provided about the correct handling of test drive license plates and the necessary documentation. This federal guild initiative is supported by automotive services, Garanta Insurance, KFZ Wirtschaft and DAT.
