Autumn update for AVL Ditest diagnostic devices

In order to utilize the full range of features of the diagnostic system, users receive numerous updates to different functions, vehicle models and variants with the new software version 2021-02. In addition to the new introduction of the manufacturer Cupra, Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW were revised. To narrow down the cause of the error, complete error code lists are available for the models. In addition, measured values can be used for further support as a supplement to the error codes in order to detect defective components. The oil service and inspection intervals can also be reset for all newly added models from the Volkswagen Group as well as for Dacia and Ford. "Up to now, updates had to be downloaded manually. By updating to the XDS Update Manager, the XDS 1000 software will always be automatically kept up to date in the future," explains Martin Hofmann, development engineer at AVL Ditest.
