Haselsteiner joins Remus

Angelika Kresch begrüßt Hans Peter Haselsteiner und Stephan Zöchlinger als starke Partner und Investoren bei der steirischen Remus-Sebring-Gruppe.

Subject to the approval of the Austrian Federal Competition Authority, this merger of large domestic entrepreneurs would strengthen the long-term position of the Remus Sebring Group on the global market. Remus was founded in 1990 by couple Angelika and Otto Kresch and now exports to over 60 countries worldwide. With the participation of Hans Peter Haselsteiner and Stephan Zöchlinger, who also worked for the Magna Group for several years, the planned expansion course is to be continued, says Angelika Kresch. "The Remus Sebring Group is an internationally recognized model company for high-quality and innovative solutions for exhaust systems and sound systems. I am looking forward to the new opportunities and challenges," says Stephan Zöchling, who will be managing the group together with Angelika and Otto Kresch in the future. Apart from the additional management, the entry of the investor group will not result in any personnel or structural changes.
