Goodyear: Workshop as a slide
Goodyear lets 60 Handeks customers from Austria and Germany experience the latest UltraGrip Performance+ winter tire in person.

Goodyear: Workshop as a slide
On a prepared test track, the participants were able to personally get to know the strengths of the multiple test winner for a day under the guidance of a professional instructor. They were particularly impressed by the grip of the tire. On the Alpine training ground in the Austrian winter driving park Stegergut, customers tested the winter tires during fast cornering, braking and acceleration. Each driver covered around 150 kilometers in one day and was able to see for themselves the performance of the new tire model. Before the driving workshops, there was a theoretical driver briefing with details about the new tire by Goodyear product specialists.
Sascha Hofbauer from Grill KG in Kapfenberg draws a positive conclusion from the two-day workshop: "This is a great event and a top tire that we can test here on the track. It shows what it can do. We were able to put the theory into practice."
The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+ has been on the market since 2019 and, compared to the previous model, offers an optimized rubber compound with special plasticizer resins and vegetable oils that keep the tread elastic even at low temperatures. This creates optimal contact with the road and excellent grip.
