The Frey Automobile branches in Vienna Arsenal, Salzburg and Wiener Neustadt will be closed at the end of September 2020.
Frey is closing three of five locations
The two Frey locations in Vienna Inzersdorf and Vienna-Donaustadt will continue to operate in full. The background to this decision is long-term planning and a cost reduction program developed internally by the company to respond to current market conditions. In the future, Stefan Ziegelbauer will be responsible for the operational business of the two remaining locations for aftersales and infrastructure and Roman Sobotka for sales and scheduling. Anja FreyWinkelbauer continues to chair the management board. Frey Automobile has developed a generous social plan for employees affected by dismissal. At all three locations, which will be closed at the end of September, there are Toyota contract partners in the surrounding area who will take over vehicle sales and service.
