Danijel Dzihic will take over the role of General Director at Ford Motor Company (Austria) GmbH with immediate effect. He is the successor to Steffen Knapp.

Steffen Knapp has been General Director since January 2010 and has now decided on a new challenge outside the company. Daniel Dzihic started his professional career at Ford in 2002 as a financial pricing analyst at the European headquarters in Cologne. From 2004 to 2007 he worked at Ford Austria as brand manager for commercial vehicles and then as sales zone manager for Upper Austria and western Lower Austria. Dzihic served as marketing manager at Ford Motor Company Switzerland from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, he was Director of Commercial Vehicles at Ford Austria. Danijel Dzihic was born in Bosnia in 1979 and grew up in Eisenstadt. The passionate basketball player studied at the University of Applied Sciences for International Economic Relations in Eisenstadt with a focus on “Controlling and International Marketing”.
