FCA Austria: New Managing Director
After almost three years at the Turin headquarters, Markus Wildeis is returning to FCA Austria and is now taking on the position of Managing Director. Markus Wildeis has many years of experience in various areas of the automotive industry. After ten years of various management positions in the automotive trade, the trained master automotive technician and master of economics has been working in various positions for the FCA Group since 2008. In Austria, he was most recently responsible as Brand Country Director for the Fiat and Abarth brands at FCA Austria from 2015 to 2017 before taking on the position of Operations Manager for the countries Austria, Switzerland, Central and Eastern Europe (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic), Greece and Serbia at the FCA headquarters in Turin in November 2017.
Wildeis succeeds Stefan Kappacher, who, after almost three years as Managing Director in Austria, is taking on a management position for e-mobility in the FCA Group.
