Eder introduces Algema Slider
Eder Fahrzeugbau GmbH is presenting two new transport vehicles in the West F 1144 outdoor area at the IAA from September 17th. The “Algema Slider” is the first towing and transport vehicle that has a combined folding and sliding mechanism. The folding mechanism is an Eder development that has so far only been used in the Algema flash charger. With the Algema Slider this is now combined with a sliding plateau. As a further innovation, the Algema Slider has a new hydro-pneumatic chassis. As a further innovation, Eder is presenting a new semi-trailer vehicle. The nine-meter semi-trailer offers a payload of just under four tons and is designed to transport two vehicles. The articulated vehicle can be driven with a BE driving license, so it is not subject to tolls and is not subject to a Sunday driving ban.
