Jene Inhaber, die nicht dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Betriebsstätte maximal von der in der Verordnung genannten Zahl an Personen betreten wird, begeht eine Verwaltungsübertretung und ist mit 3.600 Euro zu bestrafen.
