By taking over Bildstein GmbH & Co KG, the Welser Doppler Group is expanding its gas station network in Carinthia by a further three stations. The Doppler Group's gas station network in Carinthia therefore includes 25 gas stations, 20 of which are run under the company's own discount brand Turmöl and 5 under the BP brand. With a market share of around 13% in the federal state of Carinthia, the Doppler Group is the second largest provider of fuels in the southernmost federal state of Austria. In addition to the gas stations, the trading business, the fleet and the employees of Bildstein GmbH & Co KG will also be taken over and integrated into the Doppler Group.

Durch die Übernahme der Bildstein GmbH & Co KG vergrößert die Welser Doppler Gruppe ihr Tankstellennetz in Kärnten um weitere 3 Stationen. Somit umfasst das Tankstellennetz der Doppler Gruppe in Kärnten 25 Tankstellen, 20 werden unter der eigenen Diskontmarke Turmöl und 5 unter der Marke BP geführt. Mit einem Marktanteil von rund 13% im Bundesland Kärnten, ist die Doppler Gruppe damit der zweit größte Anbieter von Treibstoffen im südlichsten Bundesland Österreichs. Neben den Tankstellen wird auch das Handelsgeschäft, der Fuhrpark sowie die Mitarbeiter der Bildstein GmbH & Co KG übernommen und in die Doppler Gruppe eingegliedert.
