In this EU country, almost every second speedometer is manipulated

Anyone who believes that the mileage of used cars from Poland or the Czech Republic is particularly often manipulated is wrong. The rate here is actually only around the German level of around ten percent.
However, car buyers in Bulgaria should be careful. No less than 42 percent of the speedometers there are manipulated. A value that is only topped by Malta: There, 44 percent of all used cars have a significantly higher mileage than stated.
This emerges from around 1,000,000 data sets from the Carly diagnostic app, which were evaluated anonymously. Also interesting: Danes and Dutch people travel faster on average than Germans - even though there are many more speed limits in these countries.
