The Renault Group is reorganizing itself
The Renault Group has announced a project to develop its organization based on its brands. The aim is to group into four business units:Renault, Dacia, AlpineandNew mobility.
With the project, the company aims to create a simpler and more results-oriented organization while strengthening the cohesion, motivation and sense of belonging of the teams grouped by brand.
Four business units will shape the company in the future: Renault, Dacia, Alpine and New Mobility. Each business unit should have an independent organization. The new project will also include organizing tasks at a cross-functional level.
"The company needs to change its game and prioritize value and profitability over volume. Organizing around four strong brands and large cross-functional areas would make it possible to work more easily, with more market and customer focus and with team spirit to achieve the best possible result. This is an essential lever for the group's recovery."said Luca de Meo, CEO of Groupe Renault.
