The body experts
Denzelcare has been working with the leading fleet management companies for ten years and acts as a bodywork expert throughout Austria. The KFZ Wirtschaft asked Denzelcare manager Hannes Bauer for an interview.

The body experts
With 14 Denzel-owned companies and over 40 partner workshops, Denzelcare has a service network with uniform standards throughout Austria. When it comes to bodywork damage, it's about getting help quickly, professionally and unbureaucratically. Denzelcare specializes in the needs of corporate customers. If something goes wrong, help will be given as quickly as possible. No matter what brand of vehicle it is, when and where the vehicle is parked, all it takes is a call to the 24-hour service hotline and the towing service or a replacement car is on the way.
"We also offer that once the leasing period has expired, the vehicles can be returned to the leasing companies throughout Austria. This not only saves the company car drivers money but, above all, a lot of time," explains Denzelcare manager Hannes Bauer.
Modern repair methods
By combining a wide variety of modern repair methods, Denzelcare restores the safety and appearance of damaged vehicles in the best possible way. The use of original parts from all car manufacturers guarantees optimal repair results, which keeps the reduction in value as low as possible. "Scuffed bumpers can happen quickly in narrow parking garages. Thanks to our spot repair method, full-surface painting is not always necessary. Here, only the damaged area is treated and painted at specific points. Cost savings of up to 70 percent are not uncommon. This is quick and inexpensive, delivers very good visual results and offers perfect corrosion protection with immediate repairs, says Bauer. Quick and inexpensive methods are also used for fabric and plastic repairs.
Likewise, if there is minor damage to the windshield, the entire window is no longer replaced, but a special filling resin is used. Special tools are also used to deal with dents or hail damage so that the affected area looks like new again after being pressed out. Bauer: “Denzelcare relies on the most modern repair methods that save customers time and money after accidents and other body damage.”
