The Guild Roadshow 2020
The opening event of the guild roadshow took place at the Haus der Wiener Wirtschaft, which then toured through all federal states until the beginning of February. Andreas Westermeyer (Federal Guild) presented everything essential about the blue test drive license plate.

The Guild Roadshow 2020

The blue test drive license plate has a long tradition in Austria. The regulations associated with this tradition are not always adhered to. The numbers prove that. The fact that these regulations are not always easy to understand is often because they go hand in hand with other laws. In 2010 there were still 40,000 test drive license plates on Austria's roads; today there are just over 26,000. The difference of 14,000 license plates was certainly not always voluntarily returned to the authorities. Andreas Westermeyer (Federal Guild) used practical examples to provide information on how to properly handle test drive license plates and the necessary documentation. The guild roadshow 2020 was supported by DAT, Garanta, KFZ Wirtschaft and automotive services.
In any case, Andreas Westermeyer presented seemingly bulky and dry things in an extremely committed and action-packed manner. After a two-hour introduction, the car dealers' problems were clarified and a supportive recommendation was made for (almost) everyone. Westermeyer was enthusiastic about the great commitment of the participants and emphasized that he was still able to learn a lot during the lively discussion with the visitors. Rainer Wimmer, head of automotive services at Wirtschaftsverlag, was pleased about the great interest in the test drive application online (with the latest innovations in the EBV, processes when working with the software have been shortened, simplified and optimized. The new dashboard offers an improved overview of automotive services). The participants are consistently enthusiastic, as they can immediately take away actionable and practical courses of action that ensure legal security.
