The new Stahlgruber boss

On October 2nd, the new managing director informed all managers of the 20 sales stores about future plans and changes. With over 500,000 items, full-range retailer Stahlgruber is recognized as having the highest immediate availability in Austria and has also been number 1 in terms of sales for two years. The basis is excellent, says Hausstätter, and existing strengths need to be developed from now on. As far as the 20 sales outlets are concerned, the aim is to consolidate them and optimize the processes. There will be no more sales outlets in the coming years, especially since there are no longer any “white spots” where it would make economic sense to build new locations. New to the team is the industry-experienced Hans-Peter Büchsner, who acts as sales manager, supports the sales department managers in managing the field staff, will be responsible for key account customers in the medium term and is also responsible for the workshop concepts “Meisterhaft” (210 members), “Bosch-Service” (4) and “BTS TurboExperten” (150). According to the new managing director Roland Hausstätter, the unique selling points “largest range and best availability” as well as “best delivery service” will continue to be the maxim of Stahlgruber Austria.
