Denzel: New website wants to set a benchmark

Denzel is the first car dealer group in Austria to offer this on its new website www.denzel.at the opportunity to buy vehicles, tires and accessories completely online: from searching through payment to selecting the delivery location, all steps are carried out online. The quick and uncomplicated payment process is carried out using the “direct payment” function established in the industry, by classic bank transfer or via PayPal.
But not only can the purchase be made online, test drives and workshop appointments can also be booked conveniently and around the clock from home. The appointments are not appointment requests, as is the case with most car dealerships, but rather real bookings into the scheduling of the Denzel companies. This ensures 24/7 availability. This also results in a significant reduction in the workload for service staff.

Denzel is breaking new ground in the search for the right vehicle for each customer. In addition to the classic vehicle search, new or used, the Denzel website offers customers new selection options:

• by vehicle category (e.g.: electric vehicles, small cars, sports cars, SUVs, etc.),
• according to usage behavior (city trips, cross-country trips, number of vehicle passengers, sporty or comfortable driving, etc.) in the sense of a “lifestyle” configurator
• according to the personally available budget (deposit, installment, etc.)

Visitors should particularly benefit because the search function finds the right vehicle for them across all 14 new car brands at Denzel. What is also new is that for every result achieved, alternative vehicles are always offered that also match the customer's search criteria. These can be other available new cars, but also demonstration cars of the same price or used cars.
