Due to a lack of a successor from the family and reaching retirement age, Rudolf Weinmann, CEO and owner of the Zitta Group, sells his company to Wolfgang Denzel AG. Subject to antitrust approval, Wolfgang Denzel AG will become the new owner of the Zitta Group. Daily business at Zitta will continue seamlessly after the change of ownership. All four Zitta locations – Perchtoldsdorf, Wiener Neudorf, Wien 10 and Bruckneudorf – will continue to operate. The company name “Zitta” will be retained. Werner Kaltenböck, previously head of the Denzel customer center in Vienna Floridsdorf, will succeed Rudolf Weinmann as CEO of Zitta.
